These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and s9999 ("s9999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at s9999.bio and its associated subdomains and mobile browser interfaces.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the s9999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the s9999 platform and close your account.

s9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of s9999 following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or localised version being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.

Access to and use of the s9999 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. s9999 does not permit gambling by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or third party when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of s9999 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from s9999 or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

s9999 employs strict age verification procedures at the point of account registration and during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

Where s9999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. If the Player is confirmed to be under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings accumulated during the underage period will be forfeited in full.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on s9999, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any point.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, s9999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice and to forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals across those accounts.

s9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time and to suspend or restrict account access until satisfactory documentation is received and verified. The standard KYC process requires submission of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number)

s9999 will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been successfully completed. This is a mandatory requirement applied to all accounts without exception, and is in place to protect the security of both the Player and the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. s9999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact s9999 support immediately.

All financial transactions on the s9999 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). s9999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi financial institutions
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by s9999, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your s9999 BDT balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by s9999 within one to four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals submitted outside BST banking hours will be queued and processed on the next available business day. s9999 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified s9999 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. s9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where the transaction is flagged by our internal risk management systems.

s9999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your BDT account balance where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or an active investigation into the account. Players will be notified in such circumstances and provided with an explanation to the extent permitted by applicable law and internal policy.

s9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar — including Eid bonus campaigns, Pohela Boishakh offers, BPL season promotions, and Victory Day reload bonuses.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with s9999.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain unplayed at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• s9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and actively being wagered will continue under its original terms until the validity period expires or the wagering requirement is met.
• The maximum withdrawal from any single welcome bonus is ৳20,000 unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

s9999 does not tolerate bonus abuse. Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging bets, systematic wagering patterns identified as abusive, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the s9999 platform across all product verticals, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, Dragon Tiger Luck, and sports events.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on s9999 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. Cricket markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. s9999 reserves the right to void bets on markets where the result is inconclusive, where the event is abandoned, or where a material error in the displayed odds is identified.

Live In-Play Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to additional latency and data-feed considerations. s9999 accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on delayed data feeds. Bets accepted after a material event has occurred but before the market has been suspended may be voided at s9999's discretion.

Live Casino: All live casino games offered through Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the individual game rules as specified within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved based on the game server's recorded state at the time of the disconnection. s9999's decision on such matters is final.

Slots: All slot games use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are as published by the respective game provider. s9999 does not modify RTP settings.

Maximum Winnings: Unless otherwise specified for a particular market or game, the maximum single-transaction payout on s9999 is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT). Winnings exceeding this limit may be paid in instalments at s9999's discretion.

System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in a game or bet being offered or settled incorrectly, s9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. s9999 is not liable for any losses arising from system errors beyond the return of the original stake.

As a registered Player on s9999, you agree at all times to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current registration information and update it promptly when it changes.
• Use the s9999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic financial exploitation.
• Not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or market on the platform.
• Not use any automated systems, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or extract data from the s9999 platform without explicit written authorisation from s9999.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or system underlying the s9999 platform.
• Not use the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or deposit funds originating from illegal activity.
• Not engage in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider on legitimate s9999 deposits. Chargebacks are investigated, and where found to be fraudulent, will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction in connection with your use of s9999.

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles s9999 to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and take such further action as is appropriate under the circumstances, including referral to law enforcement where applicable.

s9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any associated policy
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with criminal activity
• Confirmed underage gambling
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against s9999
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at s9999 staff
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses, promotions, or platform features in a manner contrary to their intended purpose

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, s9999 is not obligated to return deposited funds where those funds were obtained through, or used in connection with, the prohibited activity. In all other cases of account closure initiated by s9999 without fault of the Player, any verified BDT balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their s9999 account voluntarily may do so by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any active wagering requirements.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude from s9999 for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cool-off period or permanent self-exclusion through our customer support team.
